Again no real step Forward to Vision Zero

Brussels4.4.19 The European Commission has published the road figures. It’s the fifth year in a row that hardly any progress has been made. And that’s especially true for the thousands of families, friends and co-workers affected by road deaths and serious injuries. EC press release Even a reduction of 1% of fatalities cannot make us happy, and even trying to reduce the people killed and seriously injured on EU roads by half means that we still will have to deplore more than 10.000 fatalities and over 50.000 serious injuries. Something that we as road victims cannot accept.
