Kraków and Małopolska became the European capital of road traffic safety for two days
30/04/2025On Monday, 19 May 2025, the FEVR General Assembly was held online following the decision made by the Board at the Ministerial Conference in Marrakesh in February 2025.
The FEVR Board committed to an ambitious renewal – refreshing our vision, mission, activities, and programme areas, while also expanding our network with new members.
During the General Assembly, key updates and activities from the past year were presented. Board members shared comprehensive reports focused on:
- FEVR Vision and Mission
- Annual Activity and Financial Report
- Membership Updates
- World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims 2024/2025
- FEVR Communications and Academy
- Good Practice Examples from Member Organisations
We are proud to share that the new FEVR Vision and Mission were unanimously adopted by members.
We also welcomed three new candidate full members to the FEVR family:
- Aktiv NS (Serbia)
- STEP (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- Angels on the Road (Bulgaria)
The 2025 General Assembly laid a strong foundation for a new chapter of FEVR programmes and initiatives. In a spirit of collaboration, shared responsibility, and renewed energy, we are taking bold steps toward greater inclusion, impact, and advocacy.
With our new vision, strengthened membership network, and strategic programmes, we move forward with confidence — towards a future where the voices of road victims and their families are heard and respected at every level.
